It is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of the marketplace e-commerce website namely www.mohrolifestyle.com and any related mobile application (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

Further, this electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

The Platform is owned, operated, and managed by Mohro Lifestyle Shopee, having its registered office at [Insert Registered Office Address] (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company”, “Us”, “We”, “Mohro Lifestyle Shopee”).

By accessing, visiting, or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be lawfully bound by the contents of these Terms & Conditions (“Terms of Use”). TERMS

In using or accessing the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions (“Terms of Use”). We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between You (hereinafter referred to as “You”, “Your”, or “User”) and Mohro Lifestyle Shopee.

A User shall mean and include any natural or legal person who accesses, browses, or in any way transacts or avails any services on the Platform.

2.4

We do not permit children (persons below the age of 18 years) to use the Platform without parental or guardian supervision or consent.

2.5

Any charitable contributions or donations made at the time of placing an order, if applicable, are non-refundable. Where such donations are facilitated through our Platform, they may be directed to approved charitable partners. User details may be shared with such organizations solely for issuing donation receipts or complying with applicable laws.

USER REPRESENTATIONS

3.1

By using the Platform, the User represents and warrants that they are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws.

3.2

The User agrees that all information provided during registration or while using the Platform shall be true, accurate, current, and complete.

If Mohro Lifestyle Shopee suspects that the information provided is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, the Company reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to the Platform.

3.3

The User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and account information.

Any activity performed through the User’s account shall be deemed to have been performed by the User. Mohro Lifestyle Shopee shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access due to the User’s failure to safeguard account credentials.

3.4

The User agrees to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. The User shall not attempt to:

Decompile
Reverse engineer
Hack
Modify
Copy
Disrupt

any part of the Platform or assist any third party in doing so.

PERSONAL DATA

4.1

Mohro Lifestyle Shopee processes personal data and sensitive personal data provided by You in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Users are advised to carefully read the Privacy Policy before using the Platform.

By continuing to use the Platform or its services, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of personal information with authorized service providers for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy.

REPRESENTATION AND WARRANTIES

5.1

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Your use of the Platform and services is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mohro Lifestyle Shopee disclaims all warranties including:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Platform content.

Mohro Lifestyle Shopee shall not be liable for:

i. Personal injury or property damage resulting from use of the Platform or products sold by third-party sellers.
ii. Unauthorized access to secure servers or personal data.
iii. Interruptions in service or transmission errors.
iv. Errors or omissions in content or materials.
v. Loss or damage incurred due to reliance on information provided on the Platform.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Mohro Lifestyle Shopee has implemented a grievance redressal mechanism to address customer complaints.

A designated grievance officer will:

5.2

As a marketplace e-commerce entity, Mohro Lifestyle Shopee does not impose cancellation charges on consumers unless similar charges are borne by the Company or sellers for unilateral cancellations.

5.3

Customer purchases are recorded only when explicit consent is provided through an affirmative action (such as placing an order).

5.4

Refunds for accepted refund requests will be processed in accordance with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and other applicable laws within a reasonable timeframe.
